At Nicolette's Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not in love with your items, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
